How to make the Snowman Cheese Ball

Stir together the cream cheese and butter. You can microwave on defrost for a few seconds if they are not soft enough to stir. Then add the sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder and parsley and stir again. Next add the grated cheddar cheese and mix thoroughly.

Separate the cheese mixture into small, medium and large portions in the bowl. Wet your hands and roll out the three cheese balls; small, medium and large. Place them on a sheet of wax paper sprinkled with the grated mozzarella cheese. Roll the cheese balls in the mozzarella and place them on a platter to form a snowman. Flatten each ball slightly with the palm of your hand.

To decorate the Snowman Cheese Ball, place the remaining grated mozzarella cheese at the bottom of the tray as though it is snow on the ground. Cut 1/3 off of two chocolate sandwich cookies, then place them together on his head. Top these two cookies with one sandwich cookie to make a hat. Use raisins for mouth, eyes and buttons. Cut a tiny piece of carrot for his nose. Cut the sour candy strip in half. Place half around his neck and the other half through the neck piece to form a scarf.  Use cinnamon sticks for arms. Finally, place crackers next to him on the platter.
