This is the easiest ever sweet and delicious treat. Perfect with a cup of tea after a busy day in the kitchen. My mom made these pretty often and this is one of my favorites from childhood.

Spread icing between squares of graham crackers. Or pipe it on if the icing you have left is in a piping bag. These were made with the icing that was left in the piping bag after I made Cherry Almond Cake. Would it be worth making a small batch of icing for these sweet treats? Absolutely.
