How to make Cinnamon Banana Bread
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Start by roughly mashing the ripe bananas. Don’t mash them too much, leave some chunks of banana. Add the brown sugar, eggs, milk and melted butter. Mix just until the ingredients come together.
Now add the flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix again and fold in the pecans.
Pour the mixture into an oiled loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 65 minutes.
Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then remove. This banana bread is delicious with melting butter.

- 3 large ripe bananas, about 1 1/2 cups
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 cup chopped pecans

- Step 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

- Step 5 Fold in the pecans.
- Step 6 Pour the mixture into an oiled loaf pan.
- Step 7 Bake at 350 degrees for 60-65 minutes.
- Step 8 Let cool in the pan 5 minutes, then remove.
