How to make Brie and Pear Grilled Cheese
Cut the pear in half and trim away the top and bottom stem sections. Use a round measuring spoon to remove the core. Cut the pear into thin slices. Cut the brie into slices as well. Spread 4 slices of bread with butter and them butter side down in a large pan. Top with slices of pear, then slices of brie. Butter the remaining 4 slices of bread and top the sandwiches, butter side up. Grill on low heat until the cheese is melted and both sides of the bread are golden brown. If the heat is too high, the bread will be golden brown before the cheese melts.
Slice and enjoy!
