What you need
Russet Potatoes
Olive Oil
Seasoned Salt
Onion Powder
Paprika
Cayenne Pepper
Prepare the steak fries
Cut each potato into quarters lengthwise. Carefully cut each quarter in half. They will each be 1/8 of a potato. Put the potato wedges into a large bowl and toss with the olive oil. Mix the Seasoned salt, onion powder, paprika and cayenne pepper. Sprinkle the seasoning on the potato wedges and toss to coat each one.
How to cook Air Fryer Potato Wedges
This recipe requires cooking two baskets of fries. It serves between 4 and 6 people. If you’re serving 2 or 3 people, you can cut this recipe in half. If you’re cooking the full recipe, preheat your oven to 250 degrees to keep the first batch warm while you cook the rest.
Preheat the air fryer. Place half of the potato wedges into the basket, spaced evenly, and air fry for 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Shake the basket a couple of times during cooking. Transfer the wedges to a baking sheet and keep warm in the oven while you cook the second batch of wedges.

Ingredients
- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

- Step 1 Cut the potatoes into quarters lengthwise. Carefully cut each quarter in half to make pieces that are 1/8 of a potato.

- Step 4 Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. You will use it to keep the first batch warm.
- Step 5 Preheat the air fryer. Put half of the wedges into the fryer basket, spaced evenly, and air fry for 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Shake the basket a couple of times during the cooking time.
- Step 6 Transfer the wedges to a baking sheet and keep warm in the oven.
- Step 7 Repeat the process for the second batch of wedges.
