How to make Cream Cheese Icing
Place softened cream cheese and butter into a mixing bowl. Mix them together and add the vanilla.
Next add the powdered sugar. Start your mixer on low speed and gradually work up to medium as the powdered sugar incorporates into the cream cheese and butter mixture.
This icing will seem as if it won’t come together, but just give it a minute and it will become smooth and creamy without adding any milk. This creamy and delicious Cream Cheese Icing is ready in minutes!
